Application&Characteristic

SRL series high-speed mixer is used in mixing, blending. drying, coloring materials in plastics, rubber and chemical industries.

SRL series high-speed mixer adopts advanced design,it is convenient and safe for operation. It offers small size, light weight, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low noise.

Technical index of SRL series special mixer

1. All parts(include machine cover and outlet part) contact material is coating treated, stir coated with WC, inner part and outlet part with Teflon .Each time before and after mixing metal impurities goes into mixer adds △Fe ＜ 10ppb

2. Mixing in mixing silo is completed one time, according to apartment density, measuring deviations less than 0.01.

3. Mixing noise in working conforms to standard :1 meter from mixer ≤45dBA.

4. Smooth discharging in silo, no stock material mixing tank, tank inner part and discharging part

5. Main shaft is with special sealing way ,according to characteristics of lithium battery powder.

6. With side stirring device to guarantee uniformed mixing effect.

7. Key part of tank is with temperature measuring device, tank inter layer is with water cooling cycling system.
